We believe

in exceptional customer service. Instead of risking that an item is not how you imagined, we would rather a Sara Campbell employee be able to advise you on color, fit, and sizing; and have the ability to send you additional photos if needed.

 

Our store managers are equipped with the resources to help you, after all, they work amongst Sara's designs each day. They've felt the fabric and helped dozens (OK–hundreds!) of women just like you in their fitting rooms. They can take your order over the phone by fulfilling from their own location or another. That means: if the item is in stock anywhere within the company, our managers will find it and have it shipped to you. They eagerly await your call!

Don't worry if you don't see a location in your state. You can choose any shop or call our headquarters in Boston. Just dial 617-423-3134 ext 254.

UPS 2nd Day: $25

Regular price apparel can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 14 days of original  purchase date (store purchases) or receipt of package (phone purchases).


Items must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
