Step into this simple but elegant shirt dress with a crisp summer flair.  While the ¾ length sleeve provides flattering coverage, the bell shape and double flounce hem provide an elegant and flowy touch.  The waist is topped off with a charming sash that can be tied in the front or back, or even used as a neck scarf.
