This summertime trapeze blouse features our beloved Kaylie multilayer ruffle neckline for a touch of feminine flair.  From a Sunday afternoon in the garden to a Monday morning meeting, this blouse does it all!  Pair it with our Sheri pants or shorts for a chic yet comfortable summertime look.
