The Claire Dress is oh so elegant.  This textured blue and white floral print has a classic vintage feel to it, and the inverted colors along the hem makes this dress that much more interesting. Featuring a wide neck with a standing collar and a self bow, this fit and flare shape is flattering on a wide range of body types.
