TRADE Return Policy
We thank you for your order, but we ask that you please inspect your shipment upon receipt. All damaged and missing items must be claimed within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Since merchandise is cut to order, returns of any non-damaged items are not permitted. Exchange of non-damaged merchandise must be approved by the Boston office. All items returned for exchange must be received in the exact condition in which they were shipped to the customer. They must have all the original tags. In order to process an exchange, alternate items must be ordered at the time of the request. Any breach of these terms will result in an unauthorized return. All unauthorized returns will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total merchandise.
If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please follow these steps:
1. Please call 617-423-3134 for a Return Authorization number (RA#). All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the RA #. Please mark the outside of the box with the RA #.
2. Ship your merchandise to: Sara Campbell LTD 46 Plympton Street Boston, MA 02118
3. We will reimburse shipping costs for returns of damaged items only.
4. All damaged returns for refund will be reimbursed by method of original payment.
RETAIL Return Policy
This portion regards purchases made online, via an email or phone call placed to our store. We thank you for your order, but we ask that you please inspect your shipment upon receipt. All damaged and missing items must be claimed within 3 days of receipt of shipment. If an item is being returned for any other reason, you have 10 days to claim it. A return can be shipped back within 30 days of received shipment, however it must be claimed via a phone call to our store for approval (see appropriate timeframes above). You will be credited in the same method of payment that was used at the time of purchase. If returned after 30 days without original receipt, a store credit or exchange is offered for the value of the garment at time of return. Exchange of non-damaged merchandise must be approved by our retail store. All items returned for exchange must be received in the exact condition in which they were shipped to the customer. They must have all the original tags still on the garment. In order to process the exchange, alternate items must be ordered at the time of the request.
